ADK46erNow is Live!
Hiking season is here and so is version 3.0 of the Adirondack hiking companion: the ADK46erNow app!
The from-the-ground-up redevelopment of the app began last October. The app has been converted from Solar2d/LUA to Unity/C#. New design, improved UI and navigation and finally complete parity between the Android and iOS versions of the app. My previous blog posts covered the development progress and testing.
As of last Friday, June 20, the app was accepted and live in both the Google Play and the Apple App Store. It’s been a long nine months to give birth to version 3.0 of the app and I’m happy and relieved to have it out in the world where it can be enjoyed by anyone and everyone who enjoys hiking the Adirondack Mountains!
